13 Quantitative Urine Assays

13 Quantitative Urine Tests help to diagnose early renal lesions, identify urine protein sources and evaluate treatment effects.
- Kidney disease can be divided into acute and chronic two types, the course of disease more than 3 months is chronic kidney disease. Chronic kidney disease often has a poor prognosis, and estimated that the number of patients with chronic kidney disease in China is about 150 million, and the diagnosis and treatment rate is low. The guidelines point out that if chronic kidney disease can be detected and treated early, the condition can be well controlled and even reversed.
- Urinary protein is an indicator for the diagnosis of kidney disease. Due to the low sensitivity of the commonly used qualitative urine protein detection products, trace urine proteins can’t be detected, which will affect the early diagnosis of kidney diseases. And 24-hour urine protein detection is complicated, so 13 quantitative urine tests can solve these problems.
- Guidelines and experts recommend early screening, and people without high risk factors are recommended to test UACR once a year, and recommended that UACR and renal function markers (Kidney tubular damage, such as urine α1-mg, urine RBP, u-TRF, urine IgG) be tested every 6-12 months in people with high risk factors (advanced age, diabetes, hypertension, etc.).
- Urine testing assays (combined detection) can screen a large number of patients with early renal injury, identify the injury site, and intervene in time to prevent patients from progressing to end-stage renal disease or even death.

Sperated test for Blood and Urine sample . Tested on” special instrument “
|
Blood and urine samples share one instrument (protein residue)
There is cross contamination
It is recommended to test the urine sample on a special instrument
|
Big brand, fully open, stable performance, large number of users
Superior detection speed in the same class of products
Minimum reaction volume
Sufficient reagent positions and sample position
|
Wider linearity
Higher safety range
|
Wider linearity
|
While ensuring the sensitivity, also achieve a higher detection range; It can save reagent effectively
|
Higher safety range
|
If the safety range is low, the test result is prone to false negative
Set the HOOK limit above the highest clinically visible concentration to ensure theoretically "zero" missed detection
