Provide after-sales service phone number, and service team commits to give online guidance within 1 hour to answer/solve problems online that customers encounter while the products are in the running process.

On-site support within 24 hours:

When complaints received, the technical staff will immediately respond via phone. If the problem cannot be solved through telephone guidance, promise to arrive at the site for troubleshooting within 24 hours.

Troubleshooting within 48 hours

In case of major technical failure, timely organize the relevant technical personnel to discuss and form a solution, and commit to solve the problem within 48 hours.

Regular Visit:

Make personalized return visit plan according to the equipment situation and customer needs, committed to have on-site or telephone return visit to the users at least one time in every quarter, do regular maintenance on the equipment; and committed to summarize and form a annual report of the data about all the product use, to assist users on the analysis of reagent utilization and benefits.
