DiYaLab ZJG Biotech Co., Ltd. was established in 2016, committed to innovate and develop laboratory testing solutions for the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases and neurological diseases, and has an R&D center in Shanghai and Zhangjiagang respectively. DiYaLab has an area of 4000m2 for factory and office facilities in Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone, and has completed ISO13485 international quality system certification. DiYaLab is one of the few manufacturers in China that independently develop the core technology and core raw materials of serum/plasma biomarker detection products for autoimmune and nervous system-related diseases. DiYaLab innovatively adopted the Nobel Prize technology of "click chemistry" to prepare anti-cardiolipin antibody and other detection kits, filling the domestic technical gap and successfully obtaining the national invention patent authorization. The R&D team develops and continuously optimizes cutting-edge technologies for the expression and purification of ion channel macromolecular transmembrane proteins, solving the problem of relying only on imports in raw materials and product supply, and significantly reducing production costs.

Our R&D center focuses on developing core raw materials (Expression and purification of antigen) and immunolabeling technologies, and also applying these technologies to the development of laboratory tests related to autoimmune and nervous system diseases.
DiYaLab’core technologies mainly include:
Expression and purification platform of macromolecular membrane protein
Expression of macromolecular transmembrane proteins: Super-Dounce cell fragmentation technology was used to obtain uniform cell membrane fragments with active membrane proteins.
High throughput screening and purification of MSS: Complete and correctly folded macromolecular transmembrane proteins can be obtained, and their natural conformation and activity can be maintained.
Patented immune-labeling platform
DiYaLab has obtained 50 national patent certificates (including 22 invention patents); Awarded the title of high-tech enterprise.
Immunolabeling technology applied to: Latex enhanced immune turbidimetry, magnetic particle chemiluminescence, time-resolved immunofluorescence, ultra-sensitive single molecule immunolabeling * (under development)
Recombinant antigens based on "click chemistry" technology can completely restore the intravascular state of natural antigens: "Click Chemistry" technology is innovatively applied to the β2-glycoprotein-dependent anti-phospholipid antibody detection reagents to solve the absorption problem between negative phospholipids and negative solid phase carriers, which is difficult to overcome by traditional methods due to the complex structure of antigens and antibodies, so it can reduce the possibility of false negative and false positive in the antibody detection, meanwhile, and ensure the stability and specificity of the test reagents.
"Layers of progressive" technology: Highly effective magnetic bead coupling maximizes the amount of protein coating and forms a stable bivalent antigen density, so that different domains of antigens can be displayed on the magnetic bead in an all-round way, which is used to capture different heterogeneous antibodies in the human body.
